Job Description
• Managing day-to-day machine operations including maintenance and repair work.
• Organizing and managing power tooling to meet designated operation goals.
• Initiate improvement programs and implement, monitoring and develop for the maintenance functions.
• Conduct inspections and provide guidance to minimize equipment malfunctions, prevent production disruptions, and avoid machine downtime.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and systems.
• Ensuring on equipment handling and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare performance reports.
• Any other duties & responsibilities are assigned by commanding officer.
Job Requirement
• Any technical degree or diploma with electrical power or mechanical Engineer related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of machine tools and operations.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Operation management skills.
• Must be able to work at Day and Night Shift.
• Knowledge and experienced with plastic production machine (injection machine and Blow Machine) is a plus
Working Hours: 7:30AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
