Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project support, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered)
- Strong interest in education, technology, or Korean language learning industry
- Good understanding of Myanmar market trends, especially in youth and education sectors
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
- Korean language knowledge is an advantage (not mandatory)
Job Descriptions
- Assist in managing day-to-day project activities for the application
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and user behavior in Myanmar
- Monitor and report on market conditions, opportunities, and challenges
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Identify potential partners and channels for app distribution (e.g., schools, agencies, online platforms)
- Help build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, content) to ensure smooth implementation
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports for the Project Manager / In Charge
- Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and outreach activities
- Provide administrative and operational support as required
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
