Position Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of offline marketing activities, including events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
The role is also responsible for developing event themes and creative concepts for each activity and proposing ideas that align with the brand and ongoing marketing campaigns.
The position works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing activities are implemented effectively and in line with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Propose creative ideas for marketing activities, including event themes and concept development to enhance brand engagement.
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns such as events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Support the production of marketing materials and manage the inventory of promotional items.
Manage event logistics, including venue setup, branding materials, and on-site coordination.
Work closely with the design team to ensure all materials follow brand guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-event reports.
Conduct market visits and observe competitors to identify new opportunities.
Ensure all activities are completed on time and within the approved budget.

Job Requirements

Any graduate.
3~5 years of experience in marketing, events, or related fields.
Experience in organizing events, exhibitions, roadshows, or integrated marketing activities is preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to travel and support field activities when required.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
