Job Description:
• The role required to be fully responsible for the SALES & MARKETING and improve the overall sales performance.
• He/She would be fully responsible for the Profit & loss for the company which he needs to achieve on a monthly basis.
• Device a plan of growing strategic / key customer and new customer for the group on regular intervals.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.
• Responsible for aiding successful pick up and delivery and over the road assistance while customers’ freight moves across worldwide LCL Shipments, Air & Land.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged.
• Candidate with minimum of 3 years of Experience in the relative role preferably from LCL Shipments, air and border trade.
• Ability to take Decisions in the best Interest of the company and not impacting the business.
• Ability to work under pressure and able to guide the team as well.
• Ensuring Team Training and Development targets are achieved within the Set time frames
• Ensuring Performance Appraisal of the Team members are completed within specified time lines.
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
