Job Descriptions
- Setup and monitor the Marketing Plan and Budget Plan.
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing
- department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the brand in line with brand objectives.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities .
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Manage and develop and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Manage and initiate strategic partne ship.
- Effective on Market research and Analysis monthly
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns for New Launch and Seasonal Promotion Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Co-ordinate the launch programme to external customers.
- Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational policies and procedures.
- Report all marketing activities to MD.
- Preparing social media and print marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate and approval the marketing, advertising, promotion and trade marketing.
- Establishes strong Customer Relation Management to maximize potential as Loyalty Program, user through different channels.
- Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
- Oversee the magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, social media and digital marketing , road shows and liaising with art designers
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate and Sales and Marketing Diploma.
- 5 years of Retail Marketing Experience.
- Lead advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating.
- Well experience in Customer Service.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Independent, confident and self-motivated.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 AM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
