Job Requirements
- Any Graduated.
- At least 3 years working experiences in related field.
- Proficient in Chinese 4 Skills.
- Execution of lease contract, lease renewal and other signing processes and follow-up of lease payment。
- Supervise the listings to prepare according to the needs。
- Rental housing contract and customer information management, data update。
- Commercial customer sales control, price list management and data update; contract and customer information management; commercial payment follow-up。
- Docking and data update of house delivery work, etc.
- Salary can be Negotiate depend on the experiences.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
