Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies specifically tailored for Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook marketing, and implement relevant updates to strategy and tactics.
  • Manage organic social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, including content creation, community engagement, and follower growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts across platforms.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of marketing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuously experiment with new features, ad formats, targeting options, and tools offered by Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook to optimize campaign performance and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3years experience in related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns, with demonstrable results in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager platforms, including campaign setup, targeting options, ad formats, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment and liaising with cross-functional teams.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
