Job Requirements
- Education: AGTI, Diploma, or Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent vocational training. (B.E. degree is NOT required).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in M&E maintenance, preferably within a condominium, hotel, commercial building, or residential complex.
- Technical Skills: * Strong practical knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and generator operations.
- Ability to read basic M&E layout drawings and electrical single-line diagrams.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, honest, polite, and service-oriented when communicating with condo residents.
- Working Style: Able to work shifts (if required), handle emergencies calmly, and work well with the condo management team.
Job Descriptions
- M&E Operations: Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, including power distribution, lighting, generators, and switchboards.
- Plumbing & Water Systems: Monitor and maintain water pumps, piping, drainage, and water storage tanks to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- HVAC Maintenance: Perform basic servicing, cleaning, and troubleshooting of air conditioning units and ventilation systems across common areas.
- Breakdown & Repairs: Promptly respond to daily maintenance requests, identify faults, and perform necessary repairs safely and efficiently.
- Vendor Coordination: Supervise external contractors and specialized technicians during major servicing or specialized equipment repairs (e.g., lifts/elevators, fire fighting systems).
- Location Flexibility: Based at various project/condo sites within the Yangon region as assigned.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazetted holidays
