Job Requirements
- Education: B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of proven working experience in a related M&E drafting role.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in AutoCAD.
- Software Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for inter-departmental and sub-contractor coordination, with keen attention to detail.
Job Descriptions
- Drawing & Design: Prepare detailed mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings, layouts, schematics, and shop drawings.
- MEP Coordination: Produce comprehensive MEP coordination drawings based on specific design and construction requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed design documents for site operations and provide ongoing drafting/design support to the Project Engineer.
- Revisions: Modify and update drawings promptly based on engineer feedback and actual site conditions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Structural, Architectural, and sub-contractor teams to resolve all technical matters.
- Site Support: Support the project team on-site for any mechanical and electrical design needs.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other related technical duties as assigned.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & government Gazetted holidays
