Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years in manufacturing equipment maintenance or construction/renovation site support preferred; fresh graduates with strong hands-on aptitude may be considered.
- Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical drawings; competent in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting; proficient in MS Office for maintenance logging.
Job Descriptions
- Maintain the electrical and mechanical systems of stone-processing equipment (cutting machines, polishing lines, water-jet cutters, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor factory power distribution, troubleshoot electrical faults, and coordinate with external vendors for major repairs, equipment installation, and commissioning.
- Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule and asset log for key equipment.
- Track repair history and contribute to maintenance cost control.
- Assist in sourcing mechanical parts, electrical consumables, and installation tools.
- Conduct routine checks on earthing, wiring condition, and equipment hazards.
- Organize basic electrical-safety training for production and installation staff.
- Liaise with equipment suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare maintenance reports, downtime records, and spare-parts inventory updates for management review.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
