Job Requirements
• AGTI/BTech/BE Mechanical or Electrical.
• Must have experience minimum 3 years in M&E Construction Field.
• Electrical & ELV Systems, Plumbing & Sanitary System, FFAI System.
• Supervise the daily operation and preventive maintenance of all M&E system for Residential Building.
• Oversee & monitor for building M&E maintenance.
• Ensure the operation of building security system, Fire Alarm & Card Access system, etc..
• Liaison for the lift vendor during routine servicing, regulatory inspections.
• Create technician shift schedules and assign daily corrective/preventive work orders .
• Attend to M&E maintenance complaints from residents.
• Prepare material purchase requests for management approval .
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday , Sunday & Public Holiday
