Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Engineering / Maintenance, preferably in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Beverage industries.
- Previous experience in a Managerial / Supervisory position is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, industrial machinery and factory utilities.
- Good understanding of PLC, VFD, Motor Control and Electrical Distribution Systems.
- Strong experience in Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Boiler, Chiller, HVAC, Compressor, Generator, Refrigeration and Water Treatment systems is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and preferably CMMS / Maintenance Management Systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
