Job Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related M&E Quantity Surveying or costing role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Job Descriptions
- Review Mechanical and Electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Invite, evaluate, and compare quotations from various contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, weekly bills, contracts, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for M&E works.
- Conduct precise quantity take-offs specifically for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Analyze project costs and identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize savings without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with and support the on-site project team regarding all M&E-related needs.
- Perform other related duties as required by management.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & government Gazetted holidays
