Job Requirements
- BE (Mechanical/Electrical).
- Must have experience minimum 3 years in M&E Construction Field.
- Must have experience in multi-story & steel structure buildings.
Job Descriptions
- Must have knowledge in M&E design for both Mechanical & Electrical.
- Able to prepare M&E BOQ, Estimate Budget, able to counter check sub-contractor’s BOQ.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D. Able to draw As-built drawing, single line diagram, sche-matic diagram.
- Able to check design and installation of Mechanical and Electrical system.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Coordination with Consultants, Suppliers, Contractors and Site Operation Teams.
- Able to invite suppliers and contractors for pricing and quotation.
- Able to do any others duties related with Engineering assigned by department head.
- Good interpersonal and technical communication skill is essential
Working Hour: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
