Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (or) B-Tech (or) AGTI Electrical (or) Mechanical Engineer (or) Mechanical Power
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Experience with various construction methodologies and project management software.
Job Descriptions
- Supervise and oversee day-to-day site operations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring & Controlling site progress Inspecting contractors’ work and materials Controlling Safety and Health activities Site inventory control Inspect and evaluate contractors’ claim.
- Reporting daily and weekly progress Coordinating with landlord, contractors and internal team member Resolve issues & discrepancies Prepare site meeting minutes
Working Hours: 8:30AM-4:30PM
Holidays: Sat & Sun, Public Holidays
