Job Description
- Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as crushers, mills, conveyors, and pumps.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with electrical, production, and maintenance teams.
- Supervise maintenance staff and technician.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance schedules and reports.
- Participate in plant shutdowns, inspections, and upgrades.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum [5] years of experience in cement plants or heavy industry.
- AUTO CAD must be use.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Good understanding of industrial safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday alternately, Sunday & Public Holidays
