Job Requirements
- Marketing, Communications, Business Administration သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ။
- Media Planning, Buying သို့မဟုတ် Advertising Agency တွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ်မှ (၅) နှစ်အထိ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ။
- Media Vendors များနှင့် စျေးနှုန်းနှင့် Service Level များကို ထိရောက်စွာ ညှိနှိုင်းနိုင်စွမ်းရှိသူ။
- Data & Numbers များကို သေချာကြည့်ရှုသုံးသပ်နိုင်ပြီး ROI အခြေပြု ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များ ချနိုင်သူ။
- Client / Internal Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည့် ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် တင်ပြဆက်သွယ်မှု ကောင်းမွန်သူ။
Job Description
- Client / Brand ရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်နဲ့ ကိုက်ညီမယ့် မီဒီယာဗျူဟာများ (Digital & Traditional Channels) ရေးဆွဲခြင်း။
- Media Campaign များအတွက် Budget သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း၊ ခွဲဝေသုံးစွဲခြင်းနှင့် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း။
- TV, Radio, Print, OOH (Outdoor) နှင့် Digital Platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google စသည်) တို့နှင့် စျေးနှုန်းညှိနှိုင်း၍ Ad Spaces များ ဝယ်ယူခြင်း။
- Campaign များ မိတ်ဆက်ချိန်မှစ၍ Performance ကို မပြတ်စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး မီဒီယာရလဒ် ပိုကောင်းအောင် ပြင်ဆင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Media Houses, Publishers, Agencies နှင့် Content Creators / Influencers များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း။
- Campaign ပြီးဆုံးပါက ROI, Reach, Engagement စသည့် Data များကို အခြေခံ၍ သုံးသပ်ချက် အစီရင်ခံစာ (Post-Campaign Report) တင်ပြခြင်း။
