Job Description
• ဆေးရုံ၊ ဆေးခန်း၊ ဆေးဆိုင်နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Customer များထံ သွားရောက်ပြီး Product မိတ်ဆက်ရောင်းချခြင်း။
• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• Product Promotionı Sampling & Customer Education များပူးပေါင်းပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
• Customer အသစ်ရှာဖွေခြင်းနှင့် Customer Relationship ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
• Customer Feedback, Market Information & Sales & Promotion Report များတင်ပြခြင်း။
• ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းနှင့် Promotion Plan များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Job Requirements
• တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ (အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။)
• ဆေးဆိုင်အတွေ့အကြုံ(၁) နှစ် ရှိသူ Sales၊ Marketing သို့မဟုတ် Promotion အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး နှင့် စကားပြော ချိုသာယဉ်ကျေး ပြီး Product များကို ပြေပြစ်စွာ မိတ်ဆက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Sales နှင့် Promotion လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ စည်းကမ်းလိုက်နာမှုနှင့် Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Report တင်ပြနိုင်ပြီး သတ်မှတ်ထားသော KPI များ ပြည့်မီအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
