Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (EP/ MP) or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years above of project management experience in building MEP systems.
- Able to identify project work scope, requirements and specifications and identify, allocate resources in executing project to complete (hand over)
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Auto Cad /Revit (Opinion)/ Excel/ Technical Knowledge / Project Management
Job Descriptions
- Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
- Involved design development relation to building MEP systems.
- Manage project resource allocation, ensure successful, cost-effective and timely project delivery (ensure targets are met)
- Coordination and liaison with clients, consultants, architect, authorities, project Team, Sub-contractors.
- Constantly report defining project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Reporting to Project Director/ Higher Management.
- Technical due diligence in reporting / coordination.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly capital plan papers for stakeholders.
- General MEP support for the Head Engineering.
- Good knowledge in building construction safety.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
