Job Requirements
- Education & Certification Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience & Expertise Minimum 2-3 years of postgraduate experience in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration of M&E works.
- Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects. Strong experience in pre-contract and post-contract QS duties.
- Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities. Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office. Effective communication and report-writing skills in English. Good leadership and team management skills.
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for managing M&E cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and cost control activities.
- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments while ensuring contract compliance and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor project financial performance, and prepare accurate cost reports, forecasts, and supporting documentation.
- Manage M&E cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and cost control activities to support project delivery.
- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and financial monitoring while ensuring contract compliance.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, evaluate contractor performance, and prepare accurate cost reports, forecasts, and audit-ready documentation.
Working Hours: 8:30AM-4:30PM
Holidays: Sat & Sun, Public Holidays
