Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Earth Sciences. A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in mining operations, with a minimum of 2 years directly specialized in contractor management, cost estimation/budgeting, and stakeholder liaison.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical contracts, conducting budgetary analysis, and reviewing mine design layouts using industry-standard software.
- Exceptional negotiation, conflict-resolution, and public relations skills to engage firmly with contractors, handle community/governmental, and defend the Owner’s financial and regulatory interests.
- Willing to Travel (Twice per month)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday is Work from Home,Sunday & Public Holidays
