- Any Graduated, Office Administration Certificate.
- Age Between 22 years to 25 years.
- Must have 1 years’ experience in admin field.
- Computer Basic, Excel, Words, Internet & Email.
Job Description
- Handle incoming phone calls and transfer them to the relevant personnel.
- Welcome and assist visitors to the company as needed.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents and distribute them to the relevant departments.
- Manage and maintain inventory of stationery and office supplies, and arrange purchases when necessary.
- Handle petty cash including recording, issuing, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain office forms, and make copies when required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as booking air tickets, bus tickets, and visa applications.
- Manage opening and closing of phone lines and internet services.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
