Job Descriptions
- Assist in implementing the preschool curriculum in collaboration with the homeroom teacher.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to maintain records of each child’s development and progress.
- Actively participate in preschool events and contribute to classroom projects.
- Provide hands-on support to preschoolers, nurturing their learning and growth.
- Establish positive communication with children and their parents or guardians.
- Play an important role in creating a warm and stimulating classroom environment.
- Attend team meetings and engage in professional development opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Head of School or leader.
Job Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained an Early Childhood Care and Development Training certificate from the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief, and Resettlement.
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills when interacting with children.
- Must be patient, empathetic, and have a strong desire to support young children’s development.
- Proactivity in job assignments and a willingness to learn are required for this position.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in English for teaching purposes, preferred.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: One Day Per Week
