Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Minimum of 2 years experiences in relate field
- Proficient in speaking, reading, English
- Manage and update the company Facebook page
- Respond to customer inquiries from Facebook Messenger and comments
- Provide basic service information such as rates, delivery process, and required documents
- Collect customer shipment details and forward them to the operation team
- Support air shipment work such as checking shipment lists, arrival updates, and delivery status
- Follow up with customers until shipment status is clearly confirmed
Working Hours: 8:300AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public holiday
