Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, or related field).
• Teaching certifications such as: TESOL / TEFL / CELTA (preferred)
• Cambridge Teaching Qualifications (an advantage)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with young learners.
• Experience teaching Cambridge YLE (Starters) or similar beginner-level courses is highly preferred.
• Experience in online teaching is an advantage.
• Strong command of English (at least B2–C1 level).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage young children in an online environment.
• Creative, patient, and energetic teaching style.
• Basic digital skills (Zoom, Google Classroom, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Stable internet connection.
• Laptop or computer with camera and microphone.
• Quiet and professional teaching environment.
Job Descriptions
• Plan and deliver engaging Cambridge Young Learners English (YLE) – Starters lessons for young learners (ages 5–8).
• Teach all core skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) using age-appropriate methods.
• Use interactive teaching techniques such as games, songs, visuals, and storytelling to maintain student engagement.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with the Cambridge Starters syllabus.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to parents or academic coordinators.
• Manage online classroom tools (Zoom or similar platforms) effectively.
• Assign and check homework, worksheets, and simple assessments.
• Participate in teacher meetings, training sessions, or curriculum planning if required.
Working Hours: 3 hours per day
