Job Requirements
- Any bachelor degrees holders or accounting related degrees a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) or Level 3 certification in LCCI, AAT Level 4, or ACCA Level 1 is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in accounting-related tasks is required.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP/Odoo Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, administration, and procurement, to ensure that financial processes are aligned with business objectives.
- Accurately review accounting information and input it into the MIT ERP system to ensure the maintenance of high-quality financial records.
- Perform month-end closing activities, including account reconciliation, revenue recognition, and expense recording.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Perform quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
- Review and prepare inventory accounting adjustments for sales data.
- Any finance and accounting related tasks assigned by line manager.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
