Job Description
- Strategic Management
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overarching company goals. - Monitor organizational performance and recommend high-impact improvements.
- Support business growth, market expansion, and expansion initiatives.
- Participate actively in executive management decision-making and board meetings.
Operations Management - Monitor and support all business units, including Construction, Trading, Marble Production, and Hotel operations.
- Oversee daily operational activities across all corporate and divisional departments.
- Ensure operational processes comply with company policies, standards, and legal regulations.
- Develop and improve operational systems, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor project progress, manufacturing outputs, and hospitality service performance.
Team Leadership - Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop department managers and business unit heads.
- Establish performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
- Promote cross-functional teamwork, open communication, and a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Identify training gaps and implement leadership development plans.
Financial Control - Prepare, allocate, and manage annual operational budgets across all units.
- Monitor expenses, eliminate waste, and optimize group resource utilization.
- Review operational cost structures and implement sustainable cost-saving measures.
- Support corporate financial planning, cash flow management, and forecasting.
Quality, Safety & Compliance - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and local licensing requirements across all sectors.
- Implement quality assurance standards matching industry benchmarks
- Oversee workplace health, safety and environment (HSE) programs.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Reporting & Analytics - Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports for senior management.
- Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks.
- Recommend executing corrective actions when metrics deviate from targets.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
