Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့) ကျောင်းကိစ္စ ကင်းရှင်းသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Computer (Word/Excel) အခြေခံအသုံးပြုတတ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာနယ်ပယ်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (3)နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
- Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်၍ အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် အချိတ်အဆက်မိစွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး အလုပ်ကြိုးစားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Leadership Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်း pressure များအောက် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ နေ့စဉ် Attendance, Leave, Resign, Report များအား စစ်ဆေးတင်ပြပေးရမည်။
- ကြီးကြပ်တာဝန်ယူထားသော ဆိုင်များအား ကွင်းဆင်း၍ ဆိုင်၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များ၊ဝန်ထမ်းရေးရာများအား သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနများနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
- ရုံးချုပ်မှထုတ်ပြန်သော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များအား အချိန်နှင့် တပြေးညီ သက်ဆိုဂ်ရာဆိုင်များရှိteam member များသို့ ပြန်လည်၍ မျှဝေပေးရမည်။
- ကြီးကြပ်တာဝန်ယူထားသော ဆိုင်များ၏ သန့်ရှင်းရေး၊ customer service စည်းကမ်းပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာများ၊stocksနှင့် ဆံပင်ပညာရပ်များအား မွမ်းမံသင်ပြပေးရမည်။
- Weekly, Monthly meeting များအား မပျက်မကွက်တက်ရောက်၍ report များ အချိန်မှီ တင်ပြပေးရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
