Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Operation Management / Project Management
- Experience in Interior Decoration, Furniture Production or Construction field is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Job Descriptions
- Manage and oversee daily company operations and project activities
- Coordinate between Sales, Design, Production, Procurement and Site Teams
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards
- Manage production and installation schedules
- Control quality of furniture production and site installation works
- Solve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency
- Manage and support team performance
- Prepare operation reports and update management on project status
- Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth after-sales service
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
