Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field ( pref ex-
- military).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or management role (preferably in
security services or logistics). - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work flexible hours and under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, reporting tools).
Job Descriptions
- Assist in planning, supervising, and coordinating daily operations.
- Monitor and support site supervisors and security teams.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle shift scheduling, site inspections, and incident reporting.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin for staffing and training needs.
- Prepare operational reports and updates for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
