Operation Supervisor သည် Online မှ Order ရရှိခြင်းမှ စ၍ Customer လက်ဝယ်သို့ ပစ္စည်းရောက်ရှိသည် အထိ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တစ်ခုလုံးကို ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ လုပ်ငန်းအတွင်းရှိ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအကြား ပေါင်းစပ် ညှိနှိုင်းပြီး အချိန်မီ၊ အမှားအယွင်းမရှိ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် အဓိကတာဝန်ယူရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
Job Descriptions
- Sales, Inventory, Warehouse နှင့် Delivery Teams များအကြား လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ ချောမွေ့စေရန် စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
- နေ့စဉ် Order များကို အချိန်မီ ထုပ်ပိုးပြီး Delivery အပ်နှံနိုင်ရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
- Packaging Quality နှင့် Customer Service စံနှုန်းများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း
- Delivery Errors, Exchange နှင့် Customer Complaints များကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း
- Packing Materials နှင့် အခြား Resource များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
- နေ့စဉ်/အပတ်စဉ် လုပ်ငန်းအစီရင်ခံစာများ Owner ထံ တင်ပြခြင်း
- ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ Attendance, Task Assignment နှင့် Discipline ကို ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
Job Requirements,
- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Online Business သို့မဟုတ် Operations နယ်ပယ်တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ (၂-၃) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Leadership Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Problem-solving & Decision-making Skill ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ပြင်ပအဖွဲ့များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:30PM
Holidays: Sundays & Public Holidays
