Job Requirements
- အသက် 35နှစ်အောက် ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့) ကျောင်းကိစ္စ ကင်းရှင်းသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Computer (Word/Excel) အခြေခံအသုံးပြုတတ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာနယ်ပယ်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (3)နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
- Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်၍ အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် အချိတ်အဆက်မိစွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး အလုပ်ကြိုးစားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Leadership Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်း pressure များအောက် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Operation Department ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများအား ကြီးကြပ်ထိန်းချုပ်၍
- daily, weekly, monthly report များ တင်ပြပေးရမည်။
- Operation Member များအား လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ ခွဲဝေချထားခြင်း၊ Operation Process များအား
- စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ခြင်းများ လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
- Budget နှင့် အသုံးစရိတ်များ စီမံခြင်း၊ Customer Complainများ ဖြေရှင်းခြင်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- Staff Training & Performance Evaluation process များဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
