Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or related role.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Executive Residences, VIP Homes, or Director-Level Households.
- Must possess a valid Passport and Driving License.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally when required.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong schedule, calendar, and travel management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Burmese and English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and professional.
- Calm under pressure and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to support both personal and business-related tasks.
Job Description
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings and events as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams, household staff, and external vendors.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assigned matters.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
