Oversee the operations of major platforms and coordinate the integrated operation of online platforms and offline OPC bases. Be responsible for the platforms’ annual operational targets, focusing on traffic growth, user engagement, monetization, and ecosystem development.
Job Descriptions,
- Traffic and Commercial Operations: Build a multi-channel traffic acquisition matrix; plan online and offline customer acquisition campaigns while managing acquisition costs; establish a user segmentation system to drive retention and engagement; optimize conversion paths for hardware and software products to improve ROI; expand industry ecosystem partnerships; and conduct detailed data reviews and competitive benchmarking for iterative improvements.
- Platform Content Operations: Lead the team in building differentiated content systems for the three platforms, producing high-value content centered on AI agents, digital spaces, and “Skills” capabilities; manage the end-to-end content lifecycle to drive user acquisition, retention, and commercial conversion.
- Integrated Online-Offline Operations: Coordinate the team to manage the synergistic operation of online communities and offline OPC bases; oversee staff allocation and the execution of offline events (salons, exhibitions, training); and integrate resources across channels to achieve business synergy and enhanced efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of experience in internet platform, traffic, and user operations; experience with B2B tech platforms, developer communities, or smart hardware operations is preferred.
- Proficient in end-to-end platform operations, including user acquisition, retention, content strategy, and commercial conversion; experienced in managing online/offline events and monetizing software/hardware products.
- Strong data acumen; capable of independently handling event planning, copywriting, and post-event data analysis.
- Goal-oriented with strong cross-departmental coordination skills; resilient under pressure and a strong team player.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Knowledge of OPC technology and industrial smart hardware; deep understanding of developer needs.
- Proficiency in all four English Skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing is required)
- Experience managing B2B/B2C developer communities or offline industrial bases.
- Experience in ecosystem business partnerships and organizing large-scale offline technical exhibitions or salons.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
