Job Description

Daily Report to Manager
Analyze the performance and condition of telecom power equipment, including rectifiers, power cabinets, DGs, batteries, MPPT/solar systems, and controllers.
Support improvement of RMS visibility, data accuracy, and real-time monitoring.
Review power load, battery backup, DG runtime, solar performance, and energy consumption.
Identify equipment capacity gaps, over-dimensioning, under-dimensioning, and optimization opportunities.
Monitor implementation progress and verify improvement results.
Analyze trends, variances, equipment performance, SLA impact, and energy consumption.
Prepare data-driven recommendations for battery shuffle, DG optimization, solar performance, and power equipment replacement.
Present equipment performance, major issues, RCA findings, improvement plans, and project progress.
Prepare monthly/quarterly power performance reports and management presentations.
Coordinate with Regional Teams, Maintenance Teams and MNOs for technical issues.

Job Requirement

Candidate must process Diploma / Degree – College graduate (Preferably Electrical Engineering)
At least 2 years minimum working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Compulsory).
Strong team player and able to work under pressure.
Outgoing personality and able to interact with all levels of workforce.
Computer literate and Advance Excel

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
