• Bachelor Degree in any field
• 4-year prior experience in logistics, import and custom clearance
• Familiar with rules and regulations of custom, import and shipping documents
• Good Computer skills such as Excel, Word, Email and Internet
• Effective communication skills in English
• Able to work as a team leader and team player
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Good communication and social
• Able to travel to NPT
Job Description
• Maintain and monitor business data and contacts through company’s intranet.
• Responsible for procurement process: identify potential suppliers, ask for quotations, negotiate prices and terms, Issue and manage Purchase Orders, arrange transportation for goods supply
• Coordinate with Production manager and Warehouse manager to ensure adequate machine spare parts and raw materials inventory
• Communicate and Maintain relationship with foreign suppliers
• Carry out import procedures such as Dealing with import agents, applying for import license, managing customs clearance process, keeping track of each shipment and following up if necessary.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday & Public Holidays
