Job Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
3–5+ years of proven experience as a Procurement Manager, Senior Buyer, or Purchasing Manager in a Shopping Center, Retail Supermarket, or Fashion/Consumer Goods industry.

Job Descriptions

Responsible for leading the purchasing strategy, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring the timely availability of trending and seasonal merchandise.
Focus on cost optimization, accurate forecasting, minimizing slow-moving stock, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and operating strictly within budget and system frameworks.
Identify and procure trending, seasonal, and fast-moving consumer products well ahead of peak sales periods to ensure zero delayed launches.
Continuously conduct market surveys to monitor competitor pricing, emerging market trends, and new product offerings.
Daily/weekly analysis of Sales, Stock, and Purchase data categorized by Category, Product Type, and Size to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
Manage monthly purchase budgets and plan purchasing trips strictly within approved budget caps.
Track actual purchases against monthly budgets, provide justifications for deviations, and take full accountability for procurement expenditures.
Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams to ensure seasonal products are displayed on time before peak sales dates.

Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 6:00PM

Holidays: One day per week
