Job Descriptions
• အရောင်းခန့်မှန်းချက်များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီစေရန်
• ထုတ်လုပ်မှု အစီအစဉ်များ (Production Schedules) ကို ဗျူဟာကျကျ ရေးဆွဲခြင်း။
• ထုတ်လုပ်မှုလိုင်း ပြတ်တောက်မှုမရှိစေရန် ကုန်ကြမ်း (Raw Materials) နှင့် ထုပ်ပိုးပစ္စည်း (Packaging) စတော့များကို အလေအလွင့်မရှိအောင် စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
• ထုတ်လုပ်မှုစရိတ် သက်သာစေရန်နှင့် စက်ရုံ၏ ထုတ်လုပ်မှုစွမ်းအား (Capacity) ကို အမြင့်ဆုံးအသုံးချနိုင်ရန် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲခြင်း။
• ထုတ်လုပ်မှုထိန်းချုပ်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တစ်ခုလုံး အစားအသောက်ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံရေးစံနှုန်းများ (GMP, HACCP, ISO) နှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် သေချာစေခြင်း။
• ဝယ်ယူရေး (Procurement)၊ သိုလှောင်ရေး (Warehouse)၊ အရောင်း (Sales) နှင့် ထုတ်လုပ်မှု (Production) အဖွဲ့များအကြား လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ ချောမွေ့စေရန် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းပေးခြင်း။
• ထုတ်လုပ်မှုစွမ်းဆောင်ရည် (KPIs)၊ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်နှင့် လေလွင့်မှုဆိုင်ရာ အစီရင်ခံစာများကို အထက်လူကြီးထံ တင်ပြခြင်း။
Job Requirements
• B.E / B.Tech (Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering) သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ စီးပွားရေး/စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အဂ်လိပ်စာအသင့်အတင့် ပြောဆိုနိုင်ရမည် ။
• အစားအသောက်နှင့် အချိုရည်ထုတ်လုပ်ရေးစက်ရုံ (F&B Industry) တွင် Production Control သို့မဟုတ် Production Planning မန်နေဂျာLevel ဖြင့် လုပ်သက် အနည်းဆုံး (၃ နှစ်မှ ၅ နှစ်) ရှိရမည်။
• MRP/ERP စနစ်များနှင့် ထုတ်လုပ်မှုဆိုင်ရာ Software များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအရည်အချင်း ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး၊ ပြဿနာကို ကိုဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်းနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုမှု ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
