Job Descriptions
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets and schedules.
- Monitor production efficiency, machine performance, material usage, and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, health, and safety standards.
- Plan and manage manpower requirements and monitor workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor raw and packaging material availability and utilization.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead, coach, and develop production line personnel.
- Prepare accurate and timely production and operational reports.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in (Mechanical /Electrical Power) a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing or production supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing/food production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, planning, and people-management skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
