Job Descriptions
- Assist in the planning, scheduling and executing construction projects from inspection to completion.
- Review and interpret Civil drawing, Plans and specifications.
- Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, safety standards and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors and consultant to resolve technical issues.
- Support in project budgeting, resource planning and progress tracking.
- Prepare project reports, technical documentation and progress updates.
- Identify potential design or construction issues and recommend solutions.
- Ensure all activities comply with environmental, health and safety regulations.
- Identify project risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Participate in client and internal project meetings and provide technical updates.
- Must be able to make decisions regarding site engineers.
- Must be able to monitor and influence site engineers.
- Some client requirements must be met at once on site.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E(Civil).
- Check schedule by Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction Fields.
- Must have good experience in Structure work, Archi work and knowledge in M&E.
- Experience with Auto CAD , Microsoft Office (Word , Excel , PowerPoint ).
Working Hour: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
