Job Requirements
• Bachelor/Master of Engineering in Electrical Power.
• Minimum (8) years’ experience in the Electrical Engineering Field.
• 3 years’ experience in the Management Field.
• Able to draw System Design.
• Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
• Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good at using Microsoft Office Applications.
Job Description
• Take accountability on projects, project quality & safety, system drawing & system design, system survey, system presentation, system calculation format, and work procedures to project effectively and efficiently.
• Managing Budget-effective plans to enable effective project completion.
• Assist the MD and General Manager to achieve objectives and business development.
• Responsible for estimating project costing, project cash flow projection, and project contract.
• Check project calculation & quotation, and quotation feedback.
• Project Management (Time/Quantity/Quality/Money/Manpower and Risk).
• Managing, overseeing, and inspecting all the projects and forecasts to achieve the project milestones.
• Training and implementing the processes & procedures for all the project team to meet quality standards and ensure government regulations are complied with Monitoring & maintaining the project’s processes & procedures with installation progress
• Responsible for site safety, HSE, and PPE of every project.
• Responsible for attending project management meetings & presentations, Coordination with client/ consultant/ main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers, and solving customer complaints.
• Monitoring and controlling the project’s data records (documentation, photos, stocks).
• Monitoring subordinates’ performance and making proper job delegation effective.
• Maintain and follow up the company rules & regulations for onsite.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
