Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant IT or software-project experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a Project Manager or equivalent delivery role.
- Experience managing at least one complete software implementation lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder-management, project-reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard project-management tools.
Job Descriptions
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close software development projects within the approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources, customers, stakeholders, third parties, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project scope, requirements, changes, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation actions.
- Allocate resources, establish priorities, and keep project teams focused on approved objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions for schedule, cost, scope, or quality variances.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among Business Analysts, development teams, QA teams, technical teams, customers, and vendors.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, including progress, RAG status, risks, issues, change requests, decisions, and management actions.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with contractual requirements, organizational processes, security requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing, deployment, training, handover, and go-live readiness activities.
- Obtain formal customer and stakeholder review, approval, and acceptance of project deliverables.
- Monitor third-party deliverables against agreed timelines, quality requirements, and contractual commitments.
- Maintain accurate and auditable project documentation, decisions, approvals, and change records.
- Escalate critical risks, unresolved issues, resource constraints, and delivery concerns to management and the PMO.
- Conduct project closure, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM / Wednesday Work From Home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
