Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- High level of accuracy in inspecting materials and documentation.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Ability to report findings clearly to Manager and support audit processes.
Job Descriptions
- Monitor and record hygiene control measures across all production processes.
- Conduct sensory testing (smell, taste, appearance) on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure they meet internal standards.
- Maintain accurate daily quality records and report findings directly to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Inspect packaging materials to ensure they meet quality and compliance requirements.
- Adhere to established standards and actively participate in cleaning and sanitation inspections.
- Support the preparation of documentation for internal audits and external certifications.
- Perform other QA/QC-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
