JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct quality control measures to ensure effective pest management.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify pest infestations and assess treatment efficacy.
- Maintain detailed records of pest control activities, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports on pest control performance, findings, and recommendations by using QA software.
- Ensure that all pest control operations reach to organizational standards, industry regulations and safety standards.
- Ensuring that pest control activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and assess the performance of pest control technicians to ensure they follow proper procedures and safety protocols.
- Performing regular site inspections and quality inspection with Pest Control Supervisors.
- Documenting and reporting service quality levels familiar with QA reporting databases
- Work closely with the service team to improve existing Pest Control service.
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with Pest Control supervisors and managers.
- Able to present accurate information without internal or external Bias.
- Contact clients to arrange inspections and spot visits and Face to Face discussions with clients.
- Review Pest Scan work orders and data to teams (weekly) Pest scan data retrieval
- Wear Appropriate PPE for site inspections to avoid exposure to contaminants and pesticides, including safety shoes, hard hats, hearing protections, glasses, gloves.
- Physically able to visit large sites and inspect CPS resources at site.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Data analysis capabilities to assess the effectiveness of pest control measures.
- In-depth understanding of pests, their habits, and control methods.
- Proficiency in inspecting properties and identifying pest infestations.
- Ability to prioritize issues at site.
- Paying attention to small details to ensure effective pest eradication.
- Reading comprehension in English and Burmese
- Time management: ability to schedule your own time to site and office inspections.
- Troubleshooting: finding out what causes operational errors and providing solutions
- Work with 3rd Party Auditors for compliance for Clients
- Administrative and office procedures, managing files and records.
- Computers and electronics. Able to use Microsoft suite applications and related software, in-house IT assets, mobile technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male only who must have minimum 30 years old.
- More prefer to whom can communicate through in Myanmar and English language.
- More prefer to whom have Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role at similar industry.
- More prefer to whom have driving skill and license.
- Able to use Microsoft Office or related software and email.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time (site inspections)
- Able to travel (position required out of office work as majority of time working)
- Ability to work independently and strong attention to details.
Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
