Job Requirements
- BE/B.Tech/AGTI (Civil)
- At least 3 years of proven QA/QC experience in the construction field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), preparation of shop drawings, and estimation.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction quality standards, material testing, and inspection procedures.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and maintain unity within the team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, details-oriented, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Job Descriptions
- Checking Material Quality before Concrete Pouring
- Supervising Slump Test, Temperature Test, Air Content, etc.
- Conducting Concrete Cube/Cylinder Sampling and Testing
- Recording and Analyzing Compressive Strength Results
- Monitoring concrete production according to the Mix Design
- Coordinating between Site QC and Lab QC
- Preparing Daily / Weekly / Monthly QC Reports
- Reporting non-specification compliant results to the respective Engineer
- Cement Test
- Slump Test
- Concrete Temperature Test
- Concrete Cube/Cylinder Casting
- Compressive Strength Test
- Recording Test Results in designated forms
- Cleaning and properly maintaining Lab Equipment
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
