Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost management, estimating, and contract administration for building construction projects.
- Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of market rates, material specifications, and measurement standards.
- Proficient in QS software and advanced MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
