Job Descriptions
•Prepare Budget Planning
•Prepare and monitor project cost reports
•Review and certify subcontractor progress claims and final accounts.
•Contract preparation for subcontractor.
•Monitor material quantities, wastage, and cost performance
•Manage variation orders, claim, and change work cost assessment.
•Prepare monthly cost forecast and identify cost overruns.
•Coordinate with Procurement, Site Engineers, and Finance for cost control.
•Verify BOQ, measurement, and payment certificates.
Job Requirements
•B.E (Civil) / AGTI (Civil)
•3-5 Years experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost control.
•Strong Knowledge of BOQ, contract administration and cost reporting
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level), AutoCAD is an advantage.
Working Hours: 9:00AM To 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
