Job Descriptions

BOQ, Drawing နှင့် Specification များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး Quantity Take-Off ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
Site Material Request (MR) များကို BOQ Quantity နှင့် တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေး၍ Approve ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
Tender BOQ, Cost Estimate နှင့် Rate Analysis များ ပြင်ဆင်ရန်။
Project Budget နှင့် Cost Control ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Material, Labor, Equipment Cost များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းချုပ်ရန်။
Actual Work Done Quantity တိုင်းတာပြီး Progress Measurement ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
QS နှင့် Planning Engineer ပူးပေါင်း၍ Monthly Work Done Value (Revenue) နှင့် Client Progress Claim များ ပြင်ဆင်ရန်။
Variation Order (VO), Additional Work နှင့် Cost Change များ တွက်ချက်ရန်။
Subcontractor Bill နှင့် Supplier Invoice များ စစ်ဆေးရန်။
Final Account နှင့် Project Cost Report များ ပြင်ဆင်ရန်။

Job Requirements

B.E Civil or A.G.T.I (Civil).
Quantity Surveying / Tendering / Planning field တွင် 2-5 years’ experience ရှိရမည်။
AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel နှင့် Microsoft Project ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
Strong analytical, reporting နှင့် communication skills ရှိရမည်။
Teamwork လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး independently လည်းလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Site နှင့် office အကြား လိုအပ်ချက်ရှိလျှင် ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM

Holidays: Sunday& Public Holidays
