Job Requirements
• Possession of a relevant Diploma or Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or related field
• 5–10 years in IoT, Telematics, embedded systems, or software/hardware integration experience
• 2–5 years in technical leadership or R&D management role
• Strong understanding of IoT architecture, embedded systems, sensors, connectivity, cloud platform.
• Experience with GPS tracking / fleet / telematics systems /video telematics / MDVR / dash-cam integration.
• Understanding of smart agriculture, industrial IoT solutions, industrial automation systems and implementation.
• Understanding smart gates, fuel automation, warehouse robotics, agricultural drones, automated fleet inspection
Job Descriptions
• Leading the research on emerging IoT technologies, sensors, connectivity, and platforms, end-to-end development of IoT solutions
• Ensure integration with GPS tracking systems, APIs, mobile apps, and third-party platforms.
• Monitor industry trends in IoT, smart mobility, and connected devices.
• Evaluate competitor products and identify gaps for innovation.
• Evaluate and identify new technologies (LTE/4G/5G modules, BLE, AI video analytics, etc.) and new devices for business demand.
• Design new IoT products and features based on the market demand and industry trends.
• Define system architecture for IoT platforms (device, network, server, application)
• Plan and manage R&D projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
• Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, proof-of-concept (POC),
• Establish testing standards (lab test, field test, reliability test)
• Coordinate with Installation, Service, Sales, and Operations teams.
• mprove existing GPS tracking and fleet management solutions
• Lead and mentor R&D Engineers, IoT Installers, Embedded Developers, and Software Developers. Provide technical direction for firmware, edge computing, and cloud IoT platforms. Maintain technical documentation and version control
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
