• Restaurant / F&B Industry တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ 2–5 years ရှိရမည်။
• Leadership Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Problem Solving Skill ရှိရမည်။
• Team Management လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
• Restaurant Operation တစ်ခုလုံးကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Staff များ၏ Duty Schedule နှင့် Performance ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Customer Service Quality ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Sales Target နှင့် Daily Revenue ကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Food Quality, Hygiene & Cleanliness ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Inventory / Stock Control ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Supplier နှင့် Coordination လုပ်ခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Customer Complaint များကို ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Cost Control နှင့် Profitability တိုးတက်အောင် စီမံခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Company Policy နှင့် SOP များကို လိုက်နာစေခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Staff Training နှင့် Development လုပ်ခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Report များ တင်ပြခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Holiday: One Day Per One Weeks
